Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Victoria, British Columbia

Salary: $90,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with various tasks including document control and distribution, tracking RFIs, preparing project reports, subcontract buyout, enforcing subcontractor contractual responsibilities, quality assurance and control, LEED documentation, preparing change orders, and project close-out processes.
• Support Site Superintendents in maintaining as-built drawings, job-site material take-offs and orders, scheduling, tracking trade productivities, quality assurance and control, preparing punch lists, monitoring budgets, and communicating construction plans.

Qualifications:

• Industry-related technical education/training from BCIT or equivalent institution.
• Existing local industry knowledge and relationships are preferred.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive individuals with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with logical decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word is required.
