ESG Analyst

Based in the Head Office of Premium Brands, the ESG Analyst is a key part of the Corporate ESG team. They will have a wide range of duties to support the success of the Corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program. The ESG Analyst will contribute to ESG reporting, consolidation, and analysis in a fast-paced environment and help coordinate various sustainability disclosures for a large corporation. This is a permanent, full-time position with growth opportunities to develop yourself and your career in this increasingly important area of focus for businesses. Experience and Technical Skills:Recognized university degree specializing in business administration/commerce/ economics/sustainability/environmental discipline. 2+ years of professional experience.An open and articulate communicator with robust analysis, presentation, and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience with data collection, extraction, and manipulation techniques.Experience in report writing and/or demonstrated skills in writing clear and concise copy for a diverse audience.Knowledge and familiarity with various ESG frameworks, standards, and disclosure requirements is an asset.Experience measuring or validating GHG inventories is an asset.Advanced proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft Office desktop applications. Experience with data management IT systems is an asset.Ability to perform concurrent tasks in an organized manner, change priorities and reallocate resources as applicable.A self-starter who can operate both independently and in a dynamic team environment.Specific industry knowledge and experience in manufacturing and distribution is an asset.Please reach out for more details
