This team, consisting of four professionals, reports directly to the Manager of Learning Development. The team works closely with Design Managers and Learning Services colleagues to develop and implement impactful learning solutions that align with organizational goals. The team culture is centered on creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences that drive performance and business success.Key Responsibilities: The Learning Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative digital learning solutions. Key duties include:Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with Design Managers to design learning solutions tailored to business needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content.eLearning Development: Utilize advanced eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate RISE, and Adobe Creative Cloud) to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning modules.Multimedia and Engagement: Integrate multimedia, gamification, and social learning elements into courses to enhance learner engagement, retention, and overall effectiveness.Stakeholder Communication: Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to review project progress, adjust timelines, and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.Accessibility Compliance: Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity and compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
