The Epicurean Restaurant is looking for *Servers *in Niagara on the Lake, ON Epicurean is looking for experienced, motivated, happy servers that are enthusiastic about working in a team fast paced environment.

As *a server for the Epicurean*, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest’s experience is excellent. You will manage the Guest Flow; table turns and seating.

*In order to qualify for our Server position, you must have the following requirements:*
* Maintain the Proper Steps of service skills required for all Front of House Servers
* You are a team player and can quickly adapt well in any environment (Slow, medium or fast pace).
* Must have Smart Serve Certification and have bar knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails and menu knowledge
* Must be able to multitask and be aware of side duties and business needs.
* Opening and closing duties
* Must excel at time management with regards to table service, attention to detail, and being courteous with guests.
* Maintain proper table pacing along with multitasking in a fast paced environment
* Have general knowledge of menu and beverage as it may change from time to time
* Great listening skills
* Must be flexible to work different shifts including, lunch, dinner, weekends, holidays

*About The Epicurean Restaurant:*

Epicurean is dedicated to providing our clientele great seasonal foods and phenomenal local wines from Niagara’s region. Our cuisine is mainly Mediterranean based on fresh food locally produced and cooked by a very talented culinary team. It has a warm ambiance and our goal is to meet all your dining needs. During the summer, there are 100 patio seats gorgeously covered by a butternut tree.
