About Our Client
We are working with a downtown company which provides outsourced accounting services to small-cap public companies, private companies looking to go public and others.

Responsibilities
The Director of Finance will be responsible for:
  • Leading the financial function at client companies
  • Supervising the finance unit and acting as the chief financial spokesperson for the organization
  • Training accounting staff
  • Supporting the CEO to develop new business
  • Overseeing compliance of financial activities including all financial reporting requirements of the organization
  • Developing and maintaining internal controls
  • Attending board meetings and presenting financial information
Qualifications
You are a designated CPA with prior experience in public company reporting. You are an established people leader who can also be hands-on with the financial statement preparation. You should be very well-versed in using QuickBooks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
