POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Cogir, is currently looking for a person to do housekeeping for its rental property in Lachenaie.

Are you said to be a versatile and meticulous person with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate superior or pertaining to their duties
Administration
  • Responsible for all purchases related to maintenance
Management
  • Efficiently Manage the equipment inventory
Construction
  • All other related tasks
  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Maintenance and cleaning of the ground and the swimming pool
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • Sufficient knowledge of French is required for the position
