Summary:

A Business Process Analyst examines, improves, and streamlines business processes within an organization. They identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing processes. Responsibilities include analyzing current processes, developing optimized processes, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting process audits, and providing training and support.

  • Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement optimized processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate process changes, measure KPIs, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new business processes and systems.
  • Create process documentation and provide training to team members.

Requirements:

  • BBA or equivalent post-secondary education.
  • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis.
  • 2+ years in process re-engineering and customer journey mapping.
  • PMP certification.
  • Utility Experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and software.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to understand financial impacts and back-end billing environments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Extensive experience handling multiple billing systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Access.
  • Power BI, Advanced Excel.
