Senior Wireless Systems Engineer, Connectivity Energy and Software

Amazon Lab126 is an inventive research and development company that designs and engineers high-profile consumer electronics. Lab126 began in 2004 as a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., originally creating the best-selling Kindle family of products. Since then, we have produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV and Amazon Echo. What will you help us create?

Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Wireless Systems Engineer, you will:
Specialize in solving end to end wireless communication problems that influences both hardware and software designs.
Integrate wireless systems while considering tradeoffs across disparate disciplines such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering , audio, sensors, safety and regulatory compliance.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Toronto, ON, CAN

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
- Experience with the project management of technical projects
