The QA Analyst II will create, enhance, and maintain our product suite. We work in a highly collaborative agile development environment; this role is involved in many different development initiatives across the company. You will work as a core member within our Development team, and collaborate, advise, and find solutions within the team. You will develop the best software for citizens and government employees across North America.

This is a 13-month fixed-term position.

As a QA Analyst II at Clariti, you’ll get to :

• Review functional and design specifications.
• Participate in the design and development of automation test cases and suites using Accelq
• Create and conduct detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Perform regression testing to ensure product changes have been implemented successfully.
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests and maintain quality documentation for the software development team
• Report and track defects and work closely with staff in defect resolution.
• Collaborate with team during Agile/Scrum stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to plan, design, code and review development tasks.
• Be a master at load balancing your availability to stakeholders for day-to-day activities and release deadlines.
• Proactively suggest improvements to the testing process through engagement and feedback within the development team or with management.
• Work with Product Management and external department stakeholders to drive solutions through successful development, test, and launch phases of the software development and release cycle

• 3+ years of experience testing and developing solutions using cloud and web-based technologies
• 3+ years’ experience creating automation and performance test suites for Enterprise web applications
• Familiarity with web RESTful services
• Experience accurately scoping and breaking down technical problems 
• Experience in all testing phases of Software Development Life Cycle and owning complete Testing journey for software solutions
• Experience developing using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to pick up new languages quickly and an enthusiasm for learning new Salesforce and industry technologies
• Excellent research and analysis skills
• Self-starting, ability to adapt and “can-do” attitude for a dynamic and results-driven environment

The initial base salary range for this role is expected to be between $60K - $85K annually. Our compensation bands are based on various factors, including the labour market (as informed by our business stage and industry), job type and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
