Votre rôle chez CHANEL :

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Planificateur(rice) de la demande sénior pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations, soin au sein de nos bureaux de Toronto ou de Candiac.

En tant que Planificateur(rice) de la demande sénior vous serez responsable de la maintenance et de l'exécution des modèles de prévision et de décision, en utilisant une combinaison solide de statistiques, d'affaires et d'analyse des tendances du marché dans le domaine de la parfumerie et de la beauté.

L'impact que vous aurez chez CHANEL :

  • Vous développez et guidez la fonction de prévision de la demande afin de soutenir et d'atteindre les objectifs du département de prévision ;

  • Vous maintiendrez et analyserez les indicateurs de performance afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et d'apporter les améliorations nécessaires ;

  • Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de vente et de marketing pour garantir l'exactitude de l'expression de la demande (gamme et lancement) ;

  • Vous développerez, réviserez et maintiendrez le logiciel de prévision de la demande - local et global ;

  • Vous procéderez à l'analyse des données afin d'identifier les lacunes et les tendances ;

  • Vous dirigez les réunions mensuelles de prévision avec l'équipe marketing pour mesurer les performances de SKUS et corriger les tendances des prévisions ;

  • Vous dirigerez les réunions post-lancement pour mesurer la performance des nouveaux produits et corriger les tendances prévisionnelles ;

  • Vous participerez aux réunions mensuelles de consensus avec l'équipe de prévision mondiale ;

  • Vous maintiendrez des bilans de campagne qui serviront de référence pour les événements futurs ;

  • Vous maintenez les cadres de référence des produits et ajustez les prévisions en fonction des cycles de vie des produits ;

  • Vous contribuerez à la planification de la gestion du cycle de vie des produits ;

  • Vous maintenez la stratégie de demande ABC - en unités et en valeur ;

  • Vous participez aux réunions de suivi hebdomadaires avec les équipes de vente et d'exploitation ;

  • Vous contribuerez aux réunions de consensus afin d'aligner les visions et les budgets des prévisions de la demande ;

  • Vous contribuerez aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et participerez à la mise en œuvre d'une nouvelle solution de prévision.

Ce que vous apporterez au rôle :

  • Expérience pertinente de plus de cinq (5) ans ;

  • Expérience de la planification de la demande ou de la production dans un environnement MRP/MPS ;

  • Expérience en analyse statistique ;

  • Expérience des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ;

  • Excellentes compétences en matière de planification et d'organisation ;

  • Expérience dans la planification de la demande des ventes et des opérations et dans l'exécution des prévisions (indicateurs clés de performance, planification des stocks et de la demande) ;

  • Compétences analytiques et maîtrise des statistiques pour les prévisions ;

  • Excellentes compétences en matière d'analyse, de planification et de prise de décision ;

  • Capacité à comprendre une situation dans son ensemble, mais aussi dans le détail ;

  • Capacité à gérer des demandes potentiellement conflictuelles ;

  • Capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées sur la base de données ;

  • Capacité à travailler individuellement et en équipe ;

  • Bonnes aptitudes à la communication - interaction et collaboration avec les fournisseurs et les autres départements ;

  • Bilinguisme pour communiquer avec nos collègues à travers le Canada (français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit).

Senior Demand Planner

Workplace: CHANEL – Toronto, Ontario or Candiac, Quebec
Reporting to : Head of Demand and Supply Planning

Your role @ CHANEL :

We are currently looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Operations Team, either from our offices in Toronto or Candiac.

As a Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing forecasting and decision models, using a strong combination of statistics, business, and market trend analysis in Fragrances & Beauty.

The impact you can create at CHANEL:

  • You will develop and guide the demand forecasting function to support and drive forecasting department goals;

  • You will maintain and analyze performance indicators to meet business objectives and make necessary improvements;

  • You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate demand expression (range and launch);

  • You will develop, review and maintain demand forecasting software – local and global;

  • You will conduct data analysis to identify gaps/trends;

  • You will lead monthly forecast meetings with the marketing team to measure SKUS performance and correct forecast trends;

  • You will lead post-launch meetings to measure new product performance and correct forecasting trends;

  • You will participate in monthly consensus meetings with the Global forecasting team;

  • You will maintain campaign balances that will serve as a reference for future events;

  • You will maintain product reference frameworks and adjust forecasts according to product life cycles;

  • You will assist in planning product lifecycle management;

  • You will maintain the ABC demand strategy – in units and value;

  • You will participate in weekly follow-up meetings with sales and operations teams;

  • You will contribute to consensus meetings to align demand forecast visions and budgets;

  • You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and will participate in the implementation of a new forecasting solution.

What you will bring to the role:   

  • Relevant experience of more than five (5) years;

  • Experience in demand or production planning in an MRP/MPS environment; 

  • Experience in statistical analysis;

  • Experience in supply chain processes;

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;

  • Experience in sales and operations demand planning and forecasting execution (KPIs, inventory and demand planning);

  • Analytical skills and mastery of statistics for forecasting;

  • Excellent analytical, planning and decision-making skills;

  • Ability to understand a situation as a whole, but also in detail;

  • Ability to manage potentially conflicting demands;

  • Ability to make informed decisions based on data;

  • Ability to work individually, as well as in a team;

  • Good communication skills – interaction and collaboration with suppliers and other departments;

  • Bilingualism to communication with our colleagues across Canada (French and English, both oral and written).
