Please note that this position is based in St-Bruno de Montarville and requires 20% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and standardize processes for U.S. plants (50%):
- Support to 3 US plants
- Management of production standards
- Project management
- Business processes
- Cost control
- Expert in purchasing process
- Support supervisor in continuous improvement and savings.
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in a related field and CPA designation (an asset)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong analytical skills and rigor
- Excellent knowledge of financial management best practices
- Comfortable working in a multi-component environment and recognized for resource planning and organization
- Excellent coaching, impact and influence skills, and leadership skills that encourage employee involvement
- Fluency in both French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States
