What we’ll love about you:

  • A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction engineering or related discipline.
  • Fundamental knowledge of construction roles, procedures, and safety measures.
  • Advanced knowledge and application of safety, local quality and health guidelines for construction job sites.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on precision in all aspects of work.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and the capacity to maintain poise and efficiency under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and proficient in MS Office.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

What you’ll work on:

As a Senior Project Supervisor, you will oversee on-site construction activities and ensure the successful execution of multiple complex projects. You will have an overall responsibility for managing subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from kick-off to close-out, in collaboration with the project management team.
  • Supervise and guide all on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, safety measures, and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors, coordinating their work to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and key milestones to stakeholders, including clients, general contractors, project managers, and senior management.
