Location: This is a hybrid role with a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week at our Ottawa, ON office located at 40 Hines Rd, Ottawa, ON K2K 2M5, Canada.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sr. Frontend Developer to join our dynamic, innovative, and diverse team. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on user experience and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.

Utilize modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our front-end practices are current.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in front-end development.

Experience with React.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and NPM.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiar with common front-end security, including common attack types(XSS, CSRF, CSP, etc.) and best practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript.

Experience with Frontend microservices (single-spa, qiankun).

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
