Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass a strong background in Java and backend development, with ability to design, develop, test and document features and components. Your responsibilities will also encompass developing, implementing and maintaining machine learning models and demonstrating expertise in ML-Ops / AI-Ops practices ensuring efficient model management. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll be working closely with fellow developers, designers, and product managers to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations.

Job Responsibilities

As a Backend developer you will be responsible for

Development/ maintenance/ Support of Digital Labor and Business Automation Workflow components through the full systems development lifecycle.

Participate in the design and implementation of sophisticated software systems.

You will work with the Product Architects, Product Managers to understand various priorities and work towards the execution.

Participate in software design and code reviews. Reviews include other Software Engineers and are held to ensure a high level of software quality and to share knowledge with team members.

Participate in, and adhere to, professional software engineering practices using such tools and methodologies as Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Source Code Management (git), and GitHub.

Ensure good code coverage. Support bug fixes during testing and deploy to target environments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficient in Python programming, NLP techniques, and AI Frameworks

Expertise in machine learning and deep learning methodologies, including foundation models.

Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Enterprise Java and script languages

Hands on experience with relational and non-relational databases.

6+ years experience in container technologies like docker, Kubernetes.

6+ years experience with Linux. Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Strong background in data science, statistics, mathematics, and analytical techniques.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/Google/IBM) for leveraging advanced cloud-based services.

Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and presentation of technical concepts.
