We are currently seeking applicants for a Magento Content Associate on our E-Commerce team, located at our Head Office in Saint John, NB.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of product listings on the Magento platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization for search engines.
  2. Monitor the Magento website for performance, security, and functionality, proactively identifying and addressing any technical issues or bugs.
  3. Manage day-to-day operations of the Magento platform, including content updates, promotional campaigns, and other functionality within Magento.
  4. Conduct regular quality checks on the Magento website, ensuring product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and consistent.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies with business goals and initiatives.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance within Klevu for search optimization, smart merchandising, and data integrity.
Qualifications:
  1. Post-secondary education
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related field
  3. Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  4. Proven problem-solving skills
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Bilingual (French/English) would be considered an asset
