As an Automotive Service Technician at DiCAN, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing vehicle safety by installing cutting-edge GPS/AVL electronics and other safety products. Your role will encompass a range of exciting responsibilities, including:

  • Expertly installing and servicing +12VDC/24VDC aftermarket electronics and safety sensors.
  • Tackling mechanical installations of external sensors, requiring precision vehicle modification for secure mounting and cable routing.
  • Leveraging software to configure sensors and optimize their performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid G2 license with a clean abstract, paired with automotive 12VDC/24VDC wiring experience.
  • A commitment to safety, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, free of hazards.
  • Mechanical aptitude, coupled with sharp problem-solving skills, ensuring seamless installation of safety equipment on various vehicles and equipment.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills for in-person interactions with customers.
  • Computer savvy, capable of sensor configurations and adept at troubleshooting, with a willingness to travel.
  • A desire to learn and collaborate within a dynamic team.
