L’équipe est actuellement à la recherche d’un.e Designer UX souhaitant intégrer une agence en croissance.

Nous recherchons présentement un.e designer UX passionné. Travaillant de façon autonome ou en collaboration avec des coéquipiers provenant de multiples disciplines, le designer UX participe à l’élaboration de solutions et produits numériques uniques pour des clients d’envergure.

Ce qui t’attend:

  • Appliquer les meilleures pratiques en matière de design de l’expérience utilisateur lors de la production de livrables clés (analyse comparative, architecture d’information, flows, design d’interactions et d’animation, documentation et systématisation du design);
  • Créer des expériences accessibles et attrayantes;
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de directeur artistique, les CPW et les partenaires clients afin de trouver des solutions équilibrées qui répondent aux objectifs client, d’affaires et techniques;
  • Prendre en charge la création de maquettes schématiques (wireframes), de l’affichage tête haute (HUD), des commandes, du feedback et des prototypes;
  • Défendre les intérêts des utilisateurs en termes d’accessibilité et assurer que nos fonctionnalités soient en accord avec leur expérience globale et leur satisfaction, tout en faisant preuve d’ouverture lors de sessions de travail;
  • Partager les meilleures pratiques et principes UX au sein du projet et de l’agence.

Le bagage requis:

  • 2 à 5 ansd'expérience;
  • Connaissance de Figma et FigJam et de la Adobe Creative Suite et de divers outils de prototypage;
  • Comprendre le contexte client-agence tout en ayant une vision produit;
  • Être capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément;
  • Souci du détail et de la qualité;
  • Autonomie, minutie et perfectionnisme;
  • Connaissance du Web, de l’animation et du design;
  • Habileté pour la conception, idéation et le prototypage;
  • Connaissance des processus de production numérique;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
  • Connaissance approfondie et expérience pratique de conception axée sur l’utilisateur et comportements utilisateur;
  • Aptitude à la pensée critique, en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail;
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication;
  • Agilité face à l’ambiguïté et capacité à évoluer dans des environnements d’équipe.
