Position Summary: The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of multiple dental offices while leveraging their office managers and working directly with dentists within the designated city. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of dental practice management, exceptional patient care, cost control, and the ability to drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Dental Choice in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate and believe in Dental Choices Core Values.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple dental practices within their region.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to patient care, staff performance, or facility management.
  • Ensure non-negotiables of excellent patient care and full schedule are met.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to elevate office managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to achieve excellent recruitment of dentist and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive patient acquisition and retention.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability of each practice.
  • Host monthly office manager meetings, attend one dental practice team meeting at each office quarterly, and provide annual performance reviews for staff with the assistance of the Office Manager.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistency in service delivery and operational standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental practice management.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple locations and driving operational success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of dental software and practice management systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the dental industry.
  • Ability to travel within the city as needed.
