Responsabilités :

  • Supporter les dirigeants des Ventes et Opérations à travers le Canada, incluant les acquisitions :
    • Préparer et interpréter des analyses de profitabilité par client;
    • Rapports mensuels, de quart, de fin d’année et sur demande;
    • Analyser, interpréter et communiquer les états financiers;
    • Créer des rapports détaillés et souples permettant aux partenaires de bien comprendre les principaux facteurs des résultats commerciaux.
  • Assister le gestionnaire FP&A afin de répondre aux demandes des différents départements dans les délais;
  • Responsable de travailler avec la comptabilité pour s’assurer de l’intégrité des résultats financiers à la fermeture des livres et comprendre les leviers de performance de l’organisation comparativement à l’année précédente, le budget et les prévisions;
  • Responsable de maintenir et améliorer notre outil d’analyse de profitabilité de clients;
  • Participer au processus de prévisions financières et de budget annuel;
  • Développer et améliorer des systèmes de rapports afin de répondre aux exigences des utilisateurs et d’améliorer l’efficacité;
  • Travailler sur des projets spéciaux qui sont en ligne avec les objectifs de la compagnie et faire des recommandations.

Qualifications :

  • Expérience minimale de cinq ans en comptabilité/finances, avec au moins deux années d’expérience dans le domaine des prévisions et de l’analyse de planification;
  • Études postsecondaires en finances/comptabilité;
  • Titre professionnel (CPA), obtenu ou en cours;
  • Planification, organisation, initiative et aptitude à respecter les délais et à gérer des priorités concurrentes;
  • Techniques perfectionnées d'analyse et de prévision et méthodes d’analyse commerciale et de planification;
  • Solides capacités de raisonnement analytique, stratégique et conceptuel;
  • Capacité de travailler avec plusieurs équipes de finance (Acquisitions) pour collecter et analyser leurs résultats;
  • Bilingue (français et anglais);
  • Aptitude à utiliser les chiffriers avancés (Excel), les modèles et les systèmes;
  • Compréhension approfondie des PC, de l’environnement Windows et de Microsoft Office, y compris Access (un atout);
  • Connaissance de Power BI (un atout important);
  • Participation à un projet d’implantation ERP (un atout);
  • Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome, sous une supervision minimale.
