We are looking to add a Physiotherapy Assistant at our Old Strathcona location and we are only looking for long-term permanent employees (no summer students etc.).

Job Duties Include:
  1. Setting patients up on various treatment modalities (TENS, IFC, heat/ice, traction)
  2. Performing therapeutic ultrasounds
  3. Preparing and cleaning treatment beds between patients
  4. Basic laundry, cleaning, and equipment inventory tasks
  5. Assisting the physiotherapist and working in a fast-paced team environment with other PTAs
  6. Getting to know our awesome patients, making their comfort a priority, and treating each one like family
  7. PTAs will also be trained in, and expected to perform, Administrative Assistant duties.

Previous schooling or experience is an asset but not a requirement as all training is done in clinic.

Hours are: Monday to Friday evening shifts, 32-40 hours a week.

Entry level wages start at $15-16.50/hr depending on position and experience with room for advancement.
