Senior Manager, Business ArchitectureApex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Senior Manager, Business Architecture with strong Stakeholder Collaboration and solid Business Process strategy alignment to be placed at our client, a Big Five Bank.We have placed multiple people on this very team and have personally qualified the requirement with the hiring manager.Client: Big Five Bank, Enterprise Data Management OfficeTerms: 6-12 month Contract to Hire. With intention to convert full time.Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days in office per week.Must-have requirements:Consulting background with strong stakeholder collaborationFinancial Services background who understands a regulatory environmentStrategy alignment, capability development, relationship management, problem solving – liaison between technology and businessModeling and documenting business processes using a variety of tools and techniques depending on the specific need (e.g., client journeys, process mapping, etc.) ?Nice to Haves:Architecture backgroundSAP Implementation project experienceData management, governance backgroundJob Description: This work includes:Helping to design operating models (development, analysis, impact assessment, etc.) required to deliver on business objectives?Modeling and documenting business processes using a variety of tools and techniques depending on the specific need (e.g., client journeys, process mapping, etc.) ?Doing independent research, analysis and benchmarking of both internal and external trends to determine new & potential business capabilities ?Working with other technology teams to ensure projects impacting key capabilities are aligned to architecture patterns and standards, and leverage common solutions and services?Contributing to the business architecture practice and how we work (methodology, templates, etc.)?
