Under the general supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (CPS) will be committed to quality improvement processes, mentorship, education, and critical decision-making regarding medication management. In addition, the pharmacist is actively involved in interprofessional teams to provide exceptional care to patients.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Doctor of Pharmacy or
  2. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency (ACPR) or
  3. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 2 years of relevant acute care hospital pharmacist experience
  4. Must be Registered Pharmacist Part A with Ontario College of Pharmacists
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  1. Excellent interpersonal and interprofessional teamwork skills
  2. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Demonstrated good work performance and attendance record
ASSETS:
  1. Previous oncology pharmacist experience.

Salary Range: $65,300 to $69,150
