What you'll be doing

As the Director of Finance Data Governance, you will manage a team of approximately 8-10 full-time employees and be responsible for providing governance oversight over the management and usage of Finance-owned data and information assets, ensuring adherence with the requirements defined in the Enterprise Data Lifecycle Management, Data Governance, and Records Management Policy and Data Management Standards.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Advisory & Data Leadership – Demonstrate thought leadership in translating complex governance requirements to practical compliance solutions in adherence with enterprise standards and industry best practice. Develop team expertise in emerging field through active coaching and mentoring.
  • Coordination & Collaboration – Leverage strong data acumen to manage relationships and serve as a liaison between Finance and various business partners in the Data, Technology and Governance domains. Maintain alignment and open channels of communication on Finance and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Monitoring & Control – Define data governance operations and controls for Finance-owned data and information assets to measure and report on key performance and risk indicators in support of strategic business objectives.
