Description

The role involves working with testing and training AI, specifically building linguistic content that aids in content moderation solutions to detect and classify online harms with cultural context cues. The responsibilities include creating and maintaining language data, classifying words/phrases, reviewing and analyzing chat data, and developing new methods for content moderation. Additionally, tasks relate to generating data for AI training, labeling, conducting quality audits on AI models, and red-teaming to test AI for potential harms. The candidate will contribute to prompt effectiveness evaluations and policy refinements for AI applications.
