TalentWorld  is seeking a Hoist Service Technician to work in both Uxbridge and throughout the GTA.

As the Hoist Service Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering technical support to our valued customers, troubleshooting issues, and sharing your wealth of technical knowledge. Whether working autonomously or as part of a team, your commitment to clear communication and adherence to safety protocols will be paramount in executing tasks efficiently and safely.

Hoist Service Technician Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform meticulous preparation, repair, and refurbishment of hoists both in our workshop and on-site at various job locations.
  • Utilize your expertise to decipher and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings with precision.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues pertaining to construction hoists for our esteemed clientele.
  • Flexibility to travel to diverse high-rise construction sites as required.

Experience:
 
  • Demonstrated experience in mechanical troubleshooting coupled with an unparalleled drive for excellence.
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude, coupled with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in working at heights, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Previous exposure to high-rise construction environments would be advantageous.
  • Certification such as EDMT or equivalent would be considered a valuable asset.
