Position Title: Head, Compensation Management Department

Job Description:

  • Develops a compensation strategy that addresses external competitiveness, internal equity and meritorious performance. Administers and maintains rewards and recognition-related policies and programs that foster full development of each employee’s ability to contribute to the Bank. Manages the Bank’s Attendance System.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
  • Has 5 years of experience in handling timekeeping and performance management (promotions and regularization)
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling teams
  • Excellent project management skills
