You'll be managing multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, from origination to close-out, ensuring each initiative meets its objectives on time and within budget. Your keen eye for opportunity will be put to use as you evaluate the feasibility of development opportunities and craft tailored programs aligned with organizational goals.

Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing comprehensive business plans, guiding them through the process with expertise and insight. Leading proposal implementation, including resource allocation and funding applications, will be a key aspect of your role, as you navigate the intricacies of project financing. You'll also be tasked with managing procurement processes, contracts, and relationships with development partners, ensuring smooth operations and productive collaborations. Regulatory compliance and adherence to project milestones will be paramount, as you ensure all initiatives meet the necessary standards and regulations.

Sound like your kind of challenge?

Your comprehensive understanding of project management principles will be key as you navigate complex initiatives and drive them to success.

Experience working with Indigenous Communities, coupled with a deep understanding of Indigenous traditions and territories, is crucial for building meaningful partnerships and ensuring our projects respect cultural sensitivities.

Additionally, your thorough knowledge of real estate development and construction processes will be invaluable as you lead projects from conception to completion.
