Benefits & Perks:

  • Compensation: 65k to 70k.
  • Please note, 3 months of fully on-site training at the client’s Etobicoke office and then moved to hybrid (2 days in office).
  • 3 Weeks Vacation + Health, Dental & Pension Benefits.
  • Immediate Start.

Responsibilities:

  • Core focus on bookkeeping duties (with emphasis on high-volume bank/account reconciliations).
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
  • Post journal entries/accruals and compile supporting working papers and documentation.
  • Reconcile G/L ledger to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
  • Must be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform analysis including research discrepancies and communicate the findings.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Must have over 3 years of experience in a full cycle accounting role with solid bank reconciliation experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel.
  • Must be proficient in SAGE 300 or any other accounting software.
