JOB SUMMARY

Support Engineering Services processes in the tech transfer, process design, equipment selection, process set-up and validation, GMP document creation, and operator training for new client and internal projects.

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Conduct technical transfer activities of client and internal processes
  2. Identify/prepare specifications for systems in project scope and draft user requirement specifications
  3. Review design documents, quotations and functional specifications against user requirements, specifications and project budget
  4. Review regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, HC) for process systems and components against proposed systems
  5. Review system compliance to Environmental Health and Safety standards and regulations
  6. Ensure compliance to project quality standards
  7. Review supplier test specifications and test reports
  8. Support factory and site acceptance tests
  9. Identify, investigate and resolve deviations from specifications
  10. Support Commissioning and IQ, OQ, PQ protocols execution
  11. Support start-up, and engineering trials
  12. Support completion of engineering trial lots
  13. Interface with clients in support of project objectives
  14. Performs any other job-related duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Student enrolled in an engineering program

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Biochemistry or Bioprocess Engineering

Sound knowledge of food/pharmaceutical environment

Sound knowledge of cGMPs and GAMPCAD skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Pre-employment medical and medical re-examination; inclusive of eye examination, performed every 2 years or as per RESILIENCE’s SOPs. Included as part of the medical is a respirator fit test (half mask), and pulmonary function test. This position requires vaccination for Hepatitis A and B.
