Sommaire du poste :

L’électricien est responsable de l’entretien préventif et correctif de tous les systèmes électriques industriels du site GCT. 

Principales responsabilités :

Ce niveau de poste requiert la maîtrise de la plupart des domaines de responsabilités

  • Effectuer une maintenance préventive, prédictive et thermographique sur les systèmes électriques industriels, effectuer des travaux sur basse et haute tension, alimentation et distribution, UPS, chasseurs SAG, VFD, MCC, projets de construction, systèmes d’alimentation de secours et de circuits d’urgence ;
  • Dépanner et effectuer la maintenance corrective sur tous les systèmes et équipements électriques ;
  • Connaissance des procédures de protection contre les arcs électriques ;
  • Lire et interpréter les schémas électriques, les P&ID, les dessins et les manuels des fabricants ;
  • Utiliser un système informatisé de gestion de la maintenance pour documenter le travail effectué ;
  • Adhérer aux procédures cGMP, de sécurité et environnementales ;
  • Suivre les procédures opérationnelles standard, les plans de travail et/ou les manuels d’équipement pour effectuer le travail ;
  • Supporter et participer à la modification, à l’installation et au démarrage des équipements nouveaux et existants ;
  • Responsable du maintien des exigences du programme de formation et forme d’autres techniciens dans les domaines de compétence selon les besoins. 

Autres responsabilités : Électricien d’usine III

  • Développer les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour effectuer le travail requis par les domaines de responsabilités
  • Effectuer des travaux de construction électrique ;
  • Entretient et dépanne les PLC, VFD et MCC ;
  • Entretenir et dépanner les équipements électriques de toutes tensions.

Qualification et expérience

  • DEC dans un domaine technique ou DEP avec minimum de 6 ans d’expérience de travail et compétences pertinentes ;
  • Licence C et/ou permis A2 valide ;
  • Doit être familier avec les systèmes d’alimentation et de distribution et les API (PLC) ;
  • Une expérience directement liée ou une combinaison de formation et d’expérience et/ou de compétences directement liées peut être considérée à la place des exigences prévues.

Connaissances, aptitudes et habilités requises

  • Être familier avec toutes les réglementations associées au terrain, édifice et code d’électricité ;
  • Posséder de solides compétences en électricité et en dépannage ;
  • Doit avoir de bonnes compétences en mécanique, électricité et automatisation ;
  • Connaissance pratique des systèmes d’automatisation des bâtiments ;
  • Doit être capable de travailler avec peu de supervision dans un environnement multitâche ;
  • Doit être proactif et axé sur les résultats, avec une grande attention aux détails et capable de terminer le travail dans les délais ;
  • Doit avoir l’esprit d’équipe, capable de communiquer professionnellement avec tous les niveaux du personnel ;
  • Doit être capable de travailler sur des quarts de travail, de longues heures, des arrêts, et être disponible en appel si jugé nécessaire par le gestionnaire ;
  • Doit être capable de communiquer de manière claire et concise sous fourme écrite et verbale, en français et en anglais ; 
  • Établir des relations de travail positives avec des équipes inter-fonctionnelles dans plusieurs unités d’affaires ;
  •  Utiliser des ordinateurs personnels et avoir de l’expérience avec les applications Windows et les programmes Web ;
  • Comprendre les exigences actuelles en matière de bonnes pratiques de fabrication ;
  • Comprendre les exigences en matière de sécurité et d’environnement des installations industrielles pour les travaux de maintenance ;
  • Logique et rationnel, habilite à simplifier les tâches complexes.
