Construction Site Supervisor/Crew Chief

A&M Abatement Services is growing and we are looking for a full-time experienced Restoration Crew Chief/Site Supervisor.

We specialize in: demolition, site work, asbestos abatement mold remediation and assisting restoration companies in Alberta and NWT.

Responsibilities:

  • Outgoing excellent communication skills
  • Able to work well with our team, general contractors and restoration partners
  • Time and material tracking
  • Quality control for each projects
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Assessing damage and determining scope of work Including moisture mapping
  • Managing and directing restoration staff during disaster remediation (eg.water damage, weather damage, fire and smoke damage)
  • Ability to take a job from start to finish
  • Understanding of construction, asbestos abatement and mould remediation
  • Team player
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ongoing commitment to self-development
  • Someone who can work typical Monday-Friday (evenings and weekends as needed) and Scheduled On-calls

Qualifications:

  • IICRC Certificate(s) in Cleaning and Restoration (ie. WRT and FSRT)
  • 2 or more years of experience in the restoration industry
  • Great customer service with strong written and verbal communication
  • Goal oriented and self motivated
  • Problem solving with dynamic management skills
  • Google and Microsoft
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle; clean driving abstract
  • Clean criminal record
  • Open to working scheduled on-call/after hours and weekends
  • Familiarity with Encircle is an asset.

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
