Job Description

KBE Engineer - Knowledge Based Engineer (KBE)

Responsibilities include creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.

Position requires extensive knowledge of Catia/NX modeling and an extensive background developing, packaging, and synthesizing complex vehicle systems.

Additional responsibilities include dictating architecture and construction techniques, creating master development, packaging, requirement sections, defining master template modeling structures, and training other Catia/NX engineers on modeling techniques and architecture.

Requirements:
  1. 2+ Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX
  2. 2+ Years of Robust Modeling with Siemens NX
  3. 2+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX
  4. 2+ Years of Body in White (Automotive) Engineering Experience
  5. Strong English Speaking skills
  6. Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills required
Preferred Requirements:
  1. 5+ Years of Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering experience.
  2. 5+ Years of body experience
  3. 5+ Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Siemens NX
Education:
  1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
