Rôle et Responsabilités :

  • Définir la portée, l'échéancier et le budget des projets.
  • Initier des revues de conception internes pour assurer la cohésion technique.
  • Optimiser les coûts, la rentabilité, et la satisfaction des clients.
  • Approuver la documentation technique en respectant les exigences réglementaires.
  • Concevoir et gérer les plans budgétaires des projets avec l'équipe.
  • Anticiper et résoudre les problèmes grâce à l'analyse des risques (FMEA et DFMEA).
  • Gérer et intégrer les ressources externes dans les équipes projets.
  • Se tenir à jour et communiquer son expertise.
  • Guider et développer les équipes pour atteindre et dépasser des objectifs ambitieux.
  • Favoriser le partage des connaissances et développer un milieu de travail stimulant.

Compétences Requises :

  • Raisonnement logique et conceptuel.
  • Capacité à favoriser le consensus opérationnel.
  • Leadership avec conviction.
  • Maintien de standards rigoureux et agir par principe.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience, BAC en génie, maîtrise du développement des processus, membre de l'OIQC.

E2IP Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced Chief Engineer to join our dynamic team If you are passionate about innovation, technology, and talent development, this opportunity is for you.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Initiate internal design reviews to ensure technical cohesion.
  • Optimize costs, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Approve technical documentation while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Design and manage project budgets with the team.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues through risk analysis (FMEA and DFMEA).
  • Manage and integrate external resources into project teams.
  • Stay updated and share your expertise.
  • Guide and develop teams to achieve and exceed ambitious goals.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and create a stimulating work environment.

Required Skills:

  • Logical and conceptual reasoning.
  • Ability to foster operational consensus.
  • Convincing leadership.
  • Maintain rigorous standards and act on principle.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, process development mastery, and OIQC membership.
