Bilingual Retail Finance Customer Care Coordinator,

2x 1-year permanent contract, 1x 9-month permanent contract

Address: 480 Gordon Baker Rd, North York

Salary: $50 - $55K + 4% Vacation Pay

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm EST, Saturday 9am to 9pm.

Must be able to work the following rotational shifts and select Saturdays: M-F 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm, 11am – 7pm, 12pm – 8pm, and 1pm – 9pm. Saturdays 9am– 5pm & 1am – 9am (rotational on a 2 week basis)
If the agent is scheduled to work on Saturday, they will have a lieu day (typically on a Tuesday or Thursday).

Hybrid model (3 days a week in office, 2 days wfh)

Candidate Fit:

Looking for someone who is willing to learn and has a positive attitude.
Can work in a fast-paced environment and has a desire to help people.

• Looking for someone who is a go getter and work well with a team.
• Role is not just over the phone but on email/text as well. Candidate must have great communication and email etiquette.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience. Financial and call center experience is a nice to have.
• Education background requirement: Highschool diploma
• Client is open to candidates coming from the hospitality industry.
• Must be fluent in French and English
• Candidates with a 1-year work permit are acceptable.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Handle Inbound/Outbound Financial Service customer’s calls on a daily basis.
• Provide customer assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be a brand ambassador representing The Company’s Financial Services in the best possible light.
• Handle Inbound/Outbound early-stage collection calls.
• 80% English calls/chat messages/emails and 20% French calls/chat messages/emails.

What are typical calls they can expect on a daily basis?

• Payout quote details to customers and dealers
• Dealing with refinancing
• Soft collections on past due payments
• Providing pay out quotes from leases/financial contracts
• delaying a payment
• making a payment arrangement
• updating customer’s personal information
• 80% handling inbound and outbound, emails call and txt
• 15% admin
• 5% participating in projects
