Position SummaryOutside Sales Representative is responsible for growing a customer base within a specified territory while maintaining and developing existing accounts by increasing sales to current customers. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleReach out to customer leads through cold callingPresent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersEstablish, develop and maintain strong positive business and customer relationshipsSupport the customer in the decision making processProvide quotes for customers and deliver them promptly Provide exceptional customer service and keep customers informed by communicating promptly, accurately and honestly Work collaboratively with the team to support all steps in the processFollow up with any issues and make sure they are dealt with in a timely mannerSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies; as applicable.QualificationsPost secondary education2-3 years of sales experienceProven ability to meet sales goalsExcellent selling, negotiation and communication skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsOutgoing personality and ability to work in a fast paced environmentGood computer skillsAbility to travelValid Driver’s License
