Experience we are seeking for the Senior Product Manager:
- Expertise in AI technology and its application in contact center solutions
- Proven track record in product management within enterprise SaaS software
- Strong understanding of search, knowledge base, and chatbots/virtual agents
- Experience developing AI/ML-based products in content discovery, search, and automation
- Deep knowledge of agile discovery methodologies and UX design principles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams
