Description

Vitality Living needs someone with maintenance and housekeeping know-how, and you just might be the person for the job Whether you're possess veteran-level maintenance skills or are looking for somewhere to grow them, read on to learn more.

As an Environmental Services Technician, you will

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Strip, wax, and buff floors on a scheduled routine basis and as needed

Oversee proper hazard waste disposal.

Assist both the community operations and residents with moving furniture, equipment, etc.

Assist with grounds care

Fulfill work orders for minor building and equipment repairs.

Serve on security detail rotation and respond to and documenting community concerns.

Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.

Perform incidental housekeeping and maintenance tasks in order to maintain a clean, safe, pleasant environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Qualifications Include

High School Diploma or GED.

Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting.

Electrical and plumbing experience with HVAC experience preferred

Proficiency in the English language

Availability to respond to emergencies in the community

Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation
