BeatConnect is a music making platform with a gamified multiplayer experience. We are dedicated to enhancing the music creation process by fostering collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist with a focus on the music industry, your key responsibilities will include:
- Research & Trends: Conducting research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics within the music industry and lifestyle sector.
- Copywriting (for the web): Crafting engaging and persuasive copy for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, and more.
- Design (Figma): Collaborating with the design team to create visually compelling assets using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Content Creation: Developing snackable content for social media platforms, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and interactive posts, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Video Editing: Editing and producing video content for social media and other digital channels, showcasing our brand's unique personality and connecting with our target audience.
- Email Marketing Content: Creating impactful content for email marketing campaigns to effectively engage and nurture our subscriber base.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with a focus on the music industry and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software, with a strong command of Figma for design purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling copy and content for digital platforms, with a solid understanding of web writing best practices.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms and content trends, with hands-on experience in content creation and community management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
