Technical Agile Lead

Our FI client requires a permanent Technical Agile Lead who will run the team’s agile ceremonies and drive the hands-on development critical applications, ensuring that software defects are fixed and team KPIs are measured. Day-to-dayCollaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Solution Architects in the estimation of solutions and/or software programs and applicationsSteer a team in the development of quality software solutions using an agile/devops methodologyAssist in preparing and documenting software requirements, specifications, and designsOversee test strategy, test planning and execution activities to ensure quality deliveryRecommend, schedule and perform software improvements/upgrades/patches to ensure technology currencyAdminister critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to defects and performance bottlenecksProvide mentorship and guidance to other members of the teamParticipate in 3rd level production support for critical escalations***You’ve demonstrated the ability to do the following, gained through education and/or experience:Successfully lead a technical agile team, including running agile ceremonies, effectively prioritizing, resolving conflict and providing direction to othersUtilize Spring Cloud Stream for various Kafka components like schema registry using Avro schema, KSQL Build applications using Java technologies such as: Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Security, EJB, JPA/JDBC Work with Azure Cloud technologies (APIM, Event Grid, Logic App) and KubernetesDesign, develop and deploy REST APIs using Microservices and Microservices Design Patterns**Not required, but will help you stand out:Knowledge or experience with AngularScrum Master Certification or MS Azure Certification
