Responsable du contenu, réseaux sociaux et marketing d’influence
Nous sommes une compagnie Montréalaise, qui crée et fabrique des vêtements féminins prêt-à-porter. Nous sommes à la recherche de nouveaux talents pour prendre en charge le contenu de nos réseaux sociaux.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion, de la création et de l'affichage de contenu, de communication, de promotion et l’animation ainsi que pour d'autres plateformes numériques.
Principales responsabilités
- Réaliser et effectuer le montage photographique, graphique et vidéo adapter aux exigences du Web et des réseaux sociaux pour mettre notre marque en évidence.
- Gérez toutes les pages du site Web de l’entreprise, en veillant à ce que tous les produits soient affichés de la bonne manière, ce qui facilite la découverte et le désir du client.
- Effectuer le suivi, la modération et l'animation des diverses plateformes sociales ainsi que la diffusion de contenus selon les calendriers de lancement de nos nouvelles lignes et répondre aux questions des membres des communautés virtuelles.
- Identifier et établir des partenariats avec des influenceurs et des créateurs de contenu pertinents dans notre secteur d'activité.

- Optimiser et maintenir une stratégie de gestion de la communauté des médias sociaux qui comprend les Reels et les interactions sociales, en mettant l'accent sur nos produits et la clientèle cible.
- Contacter les influenceurs potentiels de notre marque et gérer ces relations.
- Analyser les performances des médias sociaux et en rendre compte afin de recommander des contenus pour l'avenir.
- Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires sur les performances de vente du site Web (meilleures ventes, etc.)
- Gérer les ventes en ligne, les retours et les ordres d’échange en temps opportun.
Compétences techniques :
- Expérience en gestion de contenu Web.
- Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Illustrator et photo shop).
- Expérience de la plateforme Shopify est un atout
Qualifications:
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en communication, en techniques d’intégration multimédia ou tout autre domaine pertinent
- Expérience pertinente dans l’industrie de la mode
- Expérience prouvée dans l'élaboration et l'exécution de stratégies de médias sociaux fructueuses.
- Capacité démontrée à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral)
- Une grande attention aux détails
- Autonome
Head of Content, Social Media & Influencer Marketing
We are a Montreal-based company that designs and manufactures ready-to-wear women's clothing. We are looking for new talent to take charge of the content of our social networks.
You will be responsible for the management, creation and display of content, communication, promotion, and animation as well as for other digital platforms. It ensures an optimal customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to create and maintain an engaging content calendar that aligns with product launches and promotional activities.
- Manage Social Media posts across a range of social media platforms ( Facebook , Instagram, etc. …)
- Monitor, moderate, and animate the various social platforms as well as broadcast content according to the launch schedules of our new lines and answer questions from members of the virtual communities.
- Engage customers through Social media marketing channels to create positive interactions.
- Monitor customer behavior to understand current & future needs and find ways to increase the company presence & sales.
- Optimize and maintain a social media community management strategy that includes Reels and social interactions, with a focus on our products and target customers.
- Reach out to potential influencers of our brand and manage those relationships.
- Manage all pages across the company website, ensuring that all products are displayed in the right way making it easy for the customer to discover and desire.
- Prepare reports weekly on website sales performance ( best sellers, etc,.)
- Manage web sales, returns & exchange orders in a timely manner.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in managing web content.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office(Word, Excel, Outlook, Illustrator and photo shop).
- Experience in Shopify platform background is an asset
Qualifications:
- College diploma in communication, multimedia integration techniques or any other relevant field
- Relevant experience in the fashion industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of French and English (written and oral)
- Strong attention to details
- Autonomous and Result oriented.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Scheduled hours: 40 per week - Monday to Friday
