As part of our mission, we are seeking a talented Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our team and grow with us.
Position Overview: As a Civil Engineer in Training, you will work closely with experienced professionals in our firm on a variety of civil engineering projects. This position is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and mentorship, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in the field. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in areas such as transportation, water resources, site development, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Prepare engineering drawings and documentation.
- Participate in technical research and development activities.
- Learn and apply industry-standard software and tools.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- EIT certification with EGBC or eligibility for certification.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) is a plus.
