A family business that passes on the tradition of striving for perfection, taking pride in our work, reaching above and beyond what is expected, and maintaining the high standard of craftsmanship that has set us from its competitors.REQUIREMENTS:Experience dealing with architectural millworkDetermine the costs and logistics associated with millwork contracts for large commercial construction projectsPrepare quotes and proposals to present to clientsRead architectural and interior design drawingsExperience reviewing contract documents, such as project specifications, construction schedules, and bid formsUse Bluebeam, Onedrive, Saleshandy Assess all factors of a project scope that may impact costEstimate time, materials and labour required to complete a projectQUALIFICATIONS:3-5 years of experience in the architectural, construction, and manufacturing industryHigh attention to detail?Strong organizational and computer skills particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookHigh level of accuracy when preparing quotesAble to effectively communicate both orally/ writing in a professional mannerExperience in the woodworking or millwork industry
