We are dynamic and innovative, and as one of the largest manufacturers of organic supplements and vitamins in Canada, there are plenty of new projects to start and efficiencies to create. Our focus is on process enhancements and system implementations to drive our business forward. We are currently undergoing significant transformations within our Project Management Office (PMO) and are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our exciting journey.

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in understanding stakeholder needs, defining problems, and exploring improvement opportunities. You will manage multiple projects, including software implementations, and ensure continuous process enhancements.

You have:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, quality, distribution, and supply chain sectors would be a major plus.
  • Strong background in process enhancements and system implementations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with QMS and LIMS systems would be beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Experience working in a PMO environment.
  • Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and best practices.
