Are you a Recruitment Resourcer or an individual with a sales background who is looking for a fresh challenge in a lively office environment?

Our high performance and well- established client based close to Farringdon and are looking for a driven, hardworking, articulate and money motivated individual to work in the Education sector.

The ideal candidate will be confident and a good communicator, who can easily engage with people at all levels and must be efficient and organised.

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

Being Proactive and able to use initiative
Providing support for the Recruitment consultant/consultants
Being first point of contact for candidates who are calling and visiting the office
Liaising with candidates, conducting telephone and face to face Interviews
Advertising and dealing with advert response
Matching workers requirements to available positions
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
