You will play a pivotal role in raising capital and driving forward the research, clinical development and commercialisation of this cutting-edge technology.Position: Chief Executive OfficerResponsibilities: Fundraising (seed round) and building the core teamManaging the design and execution of the preclinical studies required for a CTA/IND submission Working with CMOs to progress manufacturing and process development activitiesDeveloping strategies for R&D and managing intellectual propertyExperience and Qualifications:MSc or PhD in cancer biology, virology, immunology, or a related discipline5-10 years of experience managing early stage biopharma projects from inception towards clinical developmentDemonstrated success in raising capital in the life sciences fieldCompensation: 3io offers a competitive remuneration package, including share options.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their CV and cover letter.
