  • Contribute to and influence the overall development direction of CONFORMiT.
  • Lead efforts to evolve CONFORMiT’s architecture.

Your profile

Required Qualifications

  • Significant professional experience in C# or ability to learn new languages very quickly.
  • Solid understanding of automated testing principles.
  • Ability to work in a highly agile and intensely iterative software development process.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to prevent, diagnose and solve performance and optimization problems.
  • Willingness to guide, coach and help other developers develop.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex technical, architectural and/or organizational issues and to propose iterative solutions.
  • A leadership style that facilitates recognition of your skills by peers, who will draw on your track record and advice to develop.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in technical management roles.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
  • Significant experience in scaling SaaS products.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
