As a HACCP Rover at Mountain Creek Farms, you will be involved in the monitoring of Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs. Your responsibilities will include verifying sanitation performance, overseeing product quality, and training employees on required procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct monitoring of food safety protocols and specifications
• Verify sanitation processes during shifts and before startup
• Collect and prepare samples for microbiological testing
• Collaborate with production on product specifications
• Manage FSQA equipment and documentation for monitoring tasks

Requirements:
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Graduate in food sciences or related field
