Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of 10 outlet managers and 30 assistants
• Analyze trends to develop accurate revenue forecasts
• Recruit and guide food and beverage leaders
• Oversee opening and closing of seasonal outlets
• Represent outlets in pre-convention meetings

Requirements:
• Senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments Drive innovation and service at Fairmont while leading your team to excellence.
