This Guest Experience Manager leads the Concierge team, VIP Team, and Suite Experience programs across the resort. The manager develops destination expertise, intuitive service, and memorable activities reflecting Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise’s luxury positioning. Close collaboration with the Resort Adventure Center and tourism operators supports coordinated experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a best-in-class Concierge team
- Plan daily VIP and Suite guest arrivals
- Curate bespoke itineraries and premium local experiences
- Build partnerships with tourism operators and experience providers
- Maintain visible guest engagement throughout the resort
Requirements:
- Minimum five years in Guest Experience, Concierge, or Front Office leadership
- Luxury resort management experience
- Proven VIP management and service recovery expertise
- Strong operational management and financial acumen
- Ability to align experiences with Fairmont, Forbes, and LQA standards
