E2E Tech / QA Lead Testing (Banking Domain)
Location: Toronto, ON - Onsite from day 1 (5 Days/Week) Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent (FTE)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
E2E Tech Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery for
Business Banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of
business banking data, application integrations, solution design, QA/testing, and cross-functional technical leadership

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the
end-to-end technical owner for Business Banking initiatives. - Demonstrate strong understanding of
Business Banking data and processes. - Lead solution design for
real-time and batch integrations across applications and platforms. - Define and enforce technical architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Lead testing strategy, execution, defect management, and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and architecture stakeholders.
- Lead large, cross-functional delivery teams and drive successful technical outcomes.
- Ensure technical solutions meet enterprise quality, scalability, security, and performance standards.
